1Terms of Use

16Refund Policy

The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within the given deadline. If your order has been processed and delivered promptly and completely, you will not be able to claim a refund. Once our products or services are delivered, you cannot return them to get a refund. We give refunds only if we have not yet placed an order.

• It is your sole responsibility to comply with any rules or legislation subject to the social media platform we are providing services for.
• We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences.
• We require your username to extract the required information for the concerned platform API. We do not store, give away, or distribute your username to any third parties.
• poprey.au does not guarantee the expected number of followers, likes, and views in any way.
• It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure their accounts are set to "public" during their use of the poprey.au service.
• You agree that upon purchasing our service, you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
