For orders placed online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. When you purchase a service (for example, a subscription for auto-likes or auto-views), your right to cancel lasts for 14 days from the date of the contract.
When you purchase digital services (followers, likes, views, etc.), you also have a 14-day cancellation right unless you consent to us starting delivery immediately. If you ask us to begin delivering digital content within this period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the content has been fully delivered.
If you cancel after partial performance, you must pay for what has been supplied and we will refund the remainder.
If we fail to start or complete your order within the timeframe communicated at the point of sale, or if the service delivered does not match the description, you are entitled to choose one of the following remedies:
If, within 30 days of completion of your order, the number of followers, likes or other engagements delivered falls below the amount purchased, we will provide a refill at no additional charge.
To request a refill, please contact us with your order details and evidence of the drop.
The followers are sustainable and auto-refill. If a certain number of Followers, Likes, or Comments drops, we provide a 30-day refill guarantee. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out with some bounce.
